Shipping policy

Shipping starts at $4.99 for USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days), with the cost varying based on package weight. Please note that shipping delays may occur if billing and shipping information are inaccurate or if the shipping address differs from the billing address. Our handling time is 5-7 days. Most of the time it is much sooner than that!

Delivery times depend on the Shipping Carrier and may experience delays, especially during holidays or high-volume periods.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent. Ensure your email address is correct to avoid missing this confirmation.

For items lost in transit, contact us if they haven't arrived within 10 days of ordering. We will investigate with USPS. If an item is confirmed lost, we will either replace it (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund. Cooperation with us and USPS is essential in processing a lost item claim.
