Returns

Decants

At Decants R Us, we assure you that all our perfume samples and decants are authentic, directly from the original manufacturer's bottle. However, personal preferences for scents vary, and we cannot guarantee that every fragrance will be to your liking. Therefore, we can't accept returns for opened and used products.

Full Bottles and Unused Decants

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept International Returns, we only accept continental US returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@decantsrus.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our returns department and will be processed accordingly. Returns sent without contacting us beforehand will be denied.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There may be a restocking fee after inspection, fee will depend on product condition. We have a maximum restocking fee of 20%.

Damages

For damages or issues, we take great care in packaging, but should you receive a damaged item, please email us a photo along with your order number. We'll promptly send replacements for any broken or leaked bottles. We request that you inspect your package upon arrival and inform us of any issues within five days.
